Barbeque its finest, don't let the tiny store footprint discourage you. I had the ribs and sliced brisket, coleslaw, and green beans. The meat was tender, juicy and flavorful! Coleslaw is a bit rough, very course IMO. Generous portions for the price, def worth a drive to Cedar Hill, right off the highway.

This is by far the best Bar-B-que I have eaten around the Dallas area. Talk about generous portions, you get them here. My chopped beef sandwich had enough meet on it fo 2 sandwiches! Really like the way you can order meet to your liking, I like it on the lean side. Highly recommend this place, can't wait to go back.

This place is fantastic. We picked this at random driving through Texas and boy did get lucky. A 4.7 review on Google isn't high enough for how good the meat is here. I got the Pulled Pork and Brisket on a 2 meat platter and 2 sides. The pork melted in your mouth, and the brisket was smoky and delicious. Next time I'm in this part of Texas, I'll FOR SURE be back.

In the small town of Waxahachie, a short drive south of Dallas, is a great barbecue joint that is well worth the detour off I-35E to enjoy - called Harris Bar-B-Que. Kelvin Harris has been producing his brand of Texas 'cue for a number of years now. And I'll tell ya, he's got it down pat, producing this flavorful stuff all on his reverse-flow pit out behind the store. The brisket was moist and smoky, with a super dark bark (gotta love that!). The sausage was very nice. And the pork ribs were really good. I tried the potato salad and coleslaw, and both were very tasty. And the perfectly-toasted Texas Toast was a great addition. Side note - when you go, you cannot miss the absolutely beautiful and historic Ellis County Courthouse in downtown Waxahachie.

Wow!!! We've been trying many different bbq places and they've all been poor.... until today and Harris BBQ. Delicious food is what we got today and a mountain of it. My 3 meat platter was so big I could only eat half. The flavor of each meat was so good I didn't use any sauce. We will be eating Harris Bar-b-que a lot more. Great job!! Wish I could give you 10 stars.

This place is a gem hiding in plain sight! The food was fantastic, and the family running it could not have been any more kind. Of all the bbq places nearby, this is where I'll be going from here on out. They tend to sell out early if that's any more incentive to get yourself here!

Harris Bar-b-que thank you for the amazing flavor of the meats, the smell of the restaurant, and the friendly service! I would give them a 10 but the stars stop at 5. Support this Bar-b-que restaurant!!!

We decided to try out Harris BBQ for a Friday shop lunch. Ordered a couple of pounds of each meat and each of the sides. This place far exceeded any expectations. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. I will be back for sure and bringing others with me. Highly recommend!
